This page will walk you through all relevant information to prepare your child to join our Junior Program.

baseball victoria registration
- This registration covers player insurance & Baseball Victoria costs.
- If players play in official matches before registration, the club is fined. This fine will be forwarded to the offending player.
- This registration must be completed & paid prior to taking the field in an official match.
How to complete:
- Click link below to go to BV portal
- Click Sign Up, and create your login.
- Enter personal details. Make sure you tick ‘BV Player’ at the bottom of page 1.
- On page 2, check that both the Baseball Australia & Baseball Victoria components are ticked. These two componants will total your age group’s above price.
- Fill in the rest of the details and complete payment.

fbc club fees
- These fees go towards club costs, team entry fees, equipment, coaching fees etc.
- A discount of $40-50 is provided to those who pay prior to Round 1 (payment by 6th October)
- Fees must be paid (or a payment plan organised) prior to Round 3.
- If you require a payment plan to be set up, contact Ethan via juniors@fitzroybaseball.com.au and/or Patrick via treasurer@fitzroybaseball.com.au
Bring a Friend Initiative: bring a new Womens or Junior player to the club and both sign up before Rd1 to each receive a $50 discount on your fees

uniform
T-Ball Uniform
- Free for all players in 2023/24 to assist transition to new uniform (contact juniors@fitzroybaseball.com.au for coupon)
- FBC uniforms & merchandise can only be ordered online.
- Cap & Tball shirt (pictured left) are the compulsory items required to play.
- Free for new players as part of club fees (contact club for coupon)
- Most orders are usually delivered to your door within a few days. Note items listed under backorder may take several weeks, so it's best to order early where possible.
U12 - U18 Uniform
- Game top free for all 2022/23 returning players in 2023/24 to assist transition to new uniform (contact juniors@fitzroybaseball.com.au for coupon)
- FBC uniforms & merchandise can only be ordered online.
- Cap & Game Top (pictured left) are the compulsory items required to play.
- Other items are encouraged but not mandatory.
- Most orders are usually delivered to your door within a few days. Note items listed under backorder may take several weeks, so it's best to order early where possible.
- Grey baseball pants & maroon belt are mandatory.
- You must have your own glove.
- Recommended to BYO football boots or cleats (no metal spikes).
- Bats & helmets are provided, but you may wish to BYO.
- These can be purchased from Fielder’s Choice Victoria. This is the closest baseball shop in Melbourne + a sponsor of FBC.

communications
- Heja app is our mandatory line of communication.
- All relevant information sent via Heja, including: news, events, training info, game info, cancellations, changes etc.
- Heja also has group chats for each team, so parents can communicate.

How to sign-up:
- Click the relevant link above to download app.
- Create an account.
- Join the relevant team via codes listed below.
- Ensure your Heja app notifications are turned on.

- Your Team Manager is the point of contact for all things gameday related (e.g can't find field, late unplanned absence etc.)
- All parents must RSVP their child's availability for Sunday game via Heja by Wednesday night each week at the latest.
- Contact Lyn (Junior Secretary) for any queries re signing up, uniform coupons, admin forms etc.
- Contact Ethan (Junior Coordinator) for any other queries or correspondence.
